Imitating a scene from Life of Pi
Boat and sea were modeled in Cinema 4d and rendered with Vray Engine
Adding the tiger and tuning the picture was done in photoshop

Fun fact: Due to vray horrible displacement settings i had to wait for the final render a total amount of 54 hours :(
:pointr: Edit: You can now grab the Boat model from HERE for 400 :points:
:pointr: Edit#2: : Huge thanks for little-billie and TehAngelsCry for suggesting this and featuring it as a DD ;)

Richard Parker [render + wallpaper] by abdelrahman - "I really love this because of the calm setting it has. The colors give you a nice calm feeling which is really good because it's a wallpaper and people look at it very often. Also the artist in general has an amazing gallery, so this is just one of many great pieces of work!" ( Suggested by little-billie and Featured by TehAngelsCry )

With all of what I said before out of the way, I'd just like to say you did a really good job.

Thanks for the synopsis :D,  I'm really glad this was of your liking ... even if Brian Griffin didn't make an appearance within it. I can only imagine how epic it would have been and how fitting to your mood at the time.
stay awesome :)

I remember just in mid November 2013, the first week after "A Fistful of Meg" had aired---the episode I was thinking was the best swansong I could possibly have---I saw the ominous title of the last episode of the month---literally the last possible one to air in the month, considering November 2013 ended on a full week.

I had watched this movie early in the summer, at a time when I felt like I had my whole life ahead of me. Could the episode possibly relate to it? Could it possibly be a lose, melancholy, emotional but beautiful Brian episode that would be November 2013's close? Either way, this one seemed like a really good swansong for me---for a time at least.

Considering how sucky the upcoming Italy episode was bound to be (and, of course, was) this truly seemed like not only a perfect episode to close the month with, but an episode that would make up for all of that. Even better, I got a brief glimpse of the ominous screenshot of a sad-looking Brian and Stewie, in Stewie's room---which was a mess---at night. This would be perfect.

Unfortunately, I ended up seeing a few screenshots and then reading the spoiler-hinting summary. I shrugged it off, not wanting to think I had just ruined something that could truly break and melt my heart.

I shrugged it off,

and shrugged it off,

thinking he would be back before it ended,

beliving "the unthinkable" wouldn't last,

convincing myself this would be fine.

And then it came.

And it flashed before my eyes.

And all the time I convinced myself "this won't last".

And it didn't.

Then, the next day, facing the outcry of fans, more angry at myself then anything, and then convincing myself the episode was a joke, and then the horror
two weeks later, when I saw the theme, had nightmares because of it, and knew it wasn't.

I continued to watch because of what I knew would happen the following week. And this time I was right. And I was convinced (for maybe a month) that I had another chance.

But I didn't.

I held it together until near the end of the season In May, when I began to lose it. And then in June I hit rock bottom.

A year later, I'm still not entirely better.

Now, I look back to that last November week of 24-30, a full week that rarely occurs. If I was to create an image to go with that week, it would be of a rowboat on a tranquil ocean sailing off into the sunset, with Brian Griffin in it.

Just thinking about that image makes me cry inside. Because it reminds me of what I did and what I lost. Waaaah! Waaaah! Waaaah! Waaaah! Waaaah! Waaaah!

This is lovely luminism it captures silence and stillness, beauty, and a feeling of inner reflection. It has that polished smoothness of Hudson river school fame. Breathtaking.

so by adding a tiger stock, which the owner allowed to be used, it's stolen art?

You should only post the your arts. The original artist should be getting the credit for their art works!
